Dr. Bwanda Decola Albert, a cultural and global educator guided by more than two decades of experience in cultural education, youth development, and community-centered learning. Through extensive study and engagement with Black histories and cultures across Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, Asia, and the Americas, Dr. Albert has developed a deep commitment to building cultural bridges that connect communities throughout the African diaspora and beyond.

As also a leader in cultural education and educator preparation at Lesley University, Dr. Albert has dedicated her career to supporting schools, educators, students, and families. Her work focuses on creating culturally responsive learning experiences, strengthening partnerships between schools and communities, and ensuring that young people develop a strong sense of identity, belonging, and global citizenship.

Through P.A.C.E., Dr. Albert collaborates with schools, families, community organizations, and cultural institutions to provide educational programs, cultural enrichment opportunities, and leadership development experiences that inspire the next generation. By helping youth explore their cultural heritage and connect with the broader African diaspora, P.A.C.E. seeks to cultivate pride, knowledge, and engagement that extends beyond the classroom and into the community.
